The process of erecting structural steel structures requires an enormous amount of knowledge to ensure an efficient, time and cost effective result whilst holding safety in high regard. All cranes and equipment are checked regularly, before, during and after commencement of each project to ensure risk minimization and time efficiency, which in turn allows us to meet budgetary requirements.

Due to the many dangers associated with pre-cast and tilt panel erection, Metalrig are OH&S certified and ensure our very strict procedures are followed by all crew and signed off by supervisors prior to the commencement of any works. All staff are confident in the equipment being used and that the selection of lifting equipment is correct and they are aware of any potential dangers by way of work site assessments.

Whether you are a Tier 1 builder or a sole trader we have rigging solutions for any project, large or small. Our riggers are fully qualified, holding the required tickets and have years of experience. They can be hired alone or with crane services. All rigging gear is maintained and inspected regularly and we remain Compliant to Australian Standards at all times.

When rigging projects have to be done with limited visibility for crane operators, our dogmen supply the expertise necessary to be their eyes on the job site.
Qualified to determine all outcomes of slinging techniques and also trained in the selection and inspection of lifting equipment, our dogmen are the best in the business. Specialised at directing crane operators when loads are out of their direct line of sight, we only provide the most vigilant and safety conscious dogmen for your job site.

We offer an extensive range of cranes to perform mechanical or aerial rigging. We have cranes capable of moving up to 220T and access to a variety of helicopters for those areas which restrict the use of a crane.
In conjunction with our rigging equipment we also supply qualified and experienced riggers who have the versatility to handle projects of any size. Our riggers are OH&S certified to work on any job site.
